Web Portal: Logging to your Virtual Account. Select the “Transferencia” (Transfer) button from the menu and then press the Transferencia a Otro Usuario” (Transfer to Another User) option, and follow the system’s instructions.
Creska Mobile App: Logging to your Virtual Account and on the start screen press the button with the + sign located on the bottom; select “Transferir” (Transfer) and follow the system’s instructions.
The fee is $1 per operation, regardless of the amount. |
