Creska System

To move your money, we offer the following options:

  • Transfers between Creska users
  • Recharges of your Creskard with which you can buy in shops, online stores, or withdrawals from ATMs.
  • Currency Conversion *
  • Creskash (cash withdrawal) *

Logging to your Creska Virtual Account, select the Conversion button from the menu, check that the service is available in the country where you wish to use it and follow the system’s instructions.

 

Logging to the web page, click the “Contraseña” (Password) button: (Forgot your password?) and then answer the security questions.

Logging to your Creska Virtual Account, click the “Mi Perfil” (My Profile) button and make the necessary changes.

No. Transfers can only be made between Creska users.

Creskard

Logging to the “Tarjetas” (cards) section, select the card you prefer, fill in the online Form and upload the documents that may be necessary depending on your application.

Your Creska Virtual Account must be active and you must have sufficient balance to pay the card’s annual fee.

    • Be older than 18 years of age.
    • Have Creska Virtual Account active.
    • Current and valid national identity document.
    • Current and valid passport *
    • Address proof no older than 3 months (Utilities Invoice, Bank Statement of Account, RIF, RUC, NIT or EIN number, among others, as Tax Registration)
    Have available in your Virtual Account the amount of the annual fee. Consult “Comisiones” (Fees) here.

* In case the passport has expired less than 2 years ago, you must attach current and valid Driver’s License.

The card renewal is automatic a few months prior to its expiration date, before charging your Virtual Account with the renewal fee.


It is charged each year on the card’s date of issue.

 

Every Creska customer may apply for one Prepaid Card from each Category offered.

Nevertheless, additional Blue of Black Prepaid Creskards may be requested for relatives and these may be associated to the same account of the account holder.


Yes, your card will be sent to the address you indicate at the time you apply for it. Sending charges apply.

For security measures, all cards, no matter their category, are delivered inactive.

Once received, contact our Customer Attention Center to request activation.

You must contact our Customer Attention Center and request a new PIN, whose replacement cost has a cost in accordance with the Category of your Card. Check the cost under “Comisiones” (Fees) here.

Based on the established compliance policies, the recharge amounts vary according to the category of your card. They range from a minimum of USD 1 to a maximum of USD 10.000

Monday through Friday, from 08:30 a.m. to 05:00 p.m., cards recharge approvals take approximately 30 minutes. After 05:01 p.m. and up to 09:00 p.m., as well as on weekends and holidays, recharges are made every two (2) hours.

If you access your Creska Virtual Account from the web page, you must select the ”Cuentas” (Accounts) from the Options Menu and then click on the Card Number you wish to consult.

If you logging from the Creska APP, the start screen will show the balance of your Card. If you wish to see the transactions, you must click on the Card number you wish to consult.

Daily you can withdraw USD 500 from the ATM.

Yes, virtual purchases can be made by registering the card in your favorite platforms.

The security PIN is only used in ATMs to make cash withdrawals.

There is no minimum amount; you can recharge your account from USD 1.


Maximum recharge amounts vary depending on your transactional record.

The crediting period is up to 24 hours, if you have complied correctly with the indications given.

Transfers between Creska Users

  • Web Portal: Logging to your Virtual Account. Select the “Transferencia” (Transfer) button from the menu and then press the Transferencia a Otro Usuario” (Transfer to Another User) option, and follow the system’s instructions.

  • Creska Mobile App: Logging to your Virtual Account and on the start screen press the button with the + sign located on the bottom; select “Transferir” (Transfer) and follow the system’s instructions.

The fee is $1 per operation, regardless of the amount.
